If you are an existing cardholder and have customer service questions, please call the toll free number located on the back of your card. You can also check your transactions and balance by going to the website shown on the back of your card and registering your card.

We highly suggest that you register your card on our free website shown on the back of your card immediately upon receipt to prove ownership in case it is lost or stolen and to facilitate online transactions.
